12.00 (noon) UTC we noted that the live streams started misbehaving and our engineering staff started the investigation into what was going on.


Everything on the transmitting end seemed to be fine and, just to be sure, we updated all the configurations and restarted all services but to no avail.


3.30pm UTC we escalated the issue to our Content Delivery Network for investigation with the highest priority. 

5.30pm UTC they reverted and explained that they could see a network issue that was affecting our live streams and they had escalated the issue to their network team.


Update 12.00 UTC (noon) 2020-03-03 

Network issues seems be clearing up but we are continuing monitoring and will update here if the problem reappears within the next 24 hours. If not this case will be considered closed.
