How do I register with Mavshack.com?

What are the technical requirements to run your service?
Mavshack.com supports PC, MAC, Android and IOS devices, with a minimum internet connection of 1.5 Mbit/s. Lower bitrates will work but will give a lesser quality.

From where is it possible to view movies at Mavshack.com?
Mavshack.com is available globally - but some content are geographically restricted due to restrictions from the owners of the content. This means that some content may not be available to you.

Can we watch more than one video at the same time?
You can watch up to 3 simultaneous streams from the same location (public IP address). If you would like to watch more then three different videos at the same time you may purchase an additional subscription.

Can I watch through mobile (3G / 4G / 5G) networks?
Yes you can! As long there is enough bandwidth and the provider allows live streams. Please note that our subscription does not include data traffic with your operator and that watching via 3G or 4G networks can be costly unless you have flat rate mobile data.

I have forgotten my user name and password?
Your user name is the e-mail address that you provided when registering at Mavshack.com. A new password can be requested from the website - right below the login-window.

How do I change my user name?
If you need to change your user name please send an e-mail to contact@mavshack.com and provide us with your old e-mail address/user name and the new e-mail address that you would like to change to and we will change it for you.

How do I cancel my account at Mavshack.com?
Please send an e-mail to contact@mavshack.com and we will remove your account. Please note, that it is free to be a registered user at Mavshack.com. There will not be any charges made to you, if you haven't bought a subscription.
